I Dare You:
"Go ahead; I dare you to yield and be occupied with Heaven".

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Romans 12:1-2
DISCUSSION:
It is as if Jesus is saying, “ I dare you to believe me.” He encourages us or instigates us to go further and grow in our faith. He dares us to come out of the boat. That is what Jesus did with Peter. Peter said, “Lord if it’s you, tell me to come to you on the water.” Jesus said, “Come!” Like I dare you to come, and Peter got down out of the boat and walked on the water as God said.
When we yield to the Holy Spirit, we are yielding to the kingdom of Heaven. There is both a kingdom of the world and a kingdom of Heaven. There is coming a time when an angel will announce that the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our God (see Revelation 11:15). There will be a turnover from satan and all his cohorts back to God. Jesus is coming back to take it back. Until then, we are to operate in the Spirit of God and believe.
We are told to yield our members to God, our soul (our mind, will, and emotions), our body (flesh and blood), and our spirit (which is born again and completely redeemed). The soul, our mind, will, and emotions need to be transformed and renewed by the Word of God. In Greek, the word psyche is the mind, will, and emotions of man, and it is where we get the word psychology.
Then you have your body, which is your flesh and blood. It is our earth suit. The body needs to be told what to do and be presented as a living sacrifice unto God. When we offer our bodies as a living sacrifice, it means that we deny ourselves. Our bodies are not our own, and they need to be disciplined. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, and they were bought at a price. If you are absent from your body, you are present with the Lord. When you are absent from your body, you have no contact with the earthly realm. On earth, you are a spirit being born again through the new birth.
NEW CREATURES IN CHRIST
The Holy Spirit makes us a new creature in Christ. When you are transformed by the renewing of your mind, you can prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God (see Romans 12:2). When you hear from God, then put it into action, and have discernment, it puts you in the perfect will of God. You are not to be conformed to the ways of this world but be transformed. In other words, go across into the spiritual realm and be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
When you renew your mind by the Word of God, then you have a framework that you can work with within your spirit. Your mind does not understand spiritual things unless you interject the Word of God into your understanding so that you can process it. If you are not transformed in your thinking, you will allow circumstances and people to control your life and the decisions you make. Your mind has to be framed so that it follows along and understands your spirit.

When your mind is transformed, you will be able to discern when something is of God. If you do not allow faith to arise and let the kingdom of God manifest through you, you will not yield to God. Yielding to God is not simply saying, “I yield.” Your mind has to side with spiritual things, which is not something that it will generally do on its own. If you allow your mind to be renewed by the Word of God, meditate on His Word, and understand His character through His Word, you will yield.
THE GOOD AND PERFECT WILL OF GOD
God has great plans for us to prosper and have a good and expected end, as it says in Jeremiah 29:11. However, looking at history, the Holocaust still happened even though God said that Israel’s people would prosper. They did not prosper because they couldn’t discern and prove the perfect will of God. They were not transformed in their thinking and, because of that, could not live and operate in both realms. They did not hear from God because they were living in their carnal flesh.
When your mind is transformed, you will know the will of God. You will be able to discern what is God and what is not of God. Man is given instruction, but if we don’t use it and apply it, we will not see what God has for us. God has written books about each of us, but if we don’t commit to doing what is written in our books, we will not see its manifestation. If I go against what was supposed to be done, I could change history negatively.
John 15:5 (NLT): “Yes, I am the vine, and you are the branches. Those who remain in me and I in them will produce much fruit.”
*Jesus is our source.
*Yield to the source, and we will produce fruit.
*Without Him, we have no sustenance, and we can do nothing.

PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, thank You for all my friends out there. Thank You that Your Spirit has ministered right now. I thank You, Father, that You will go with them and that the angels of the Lord will surround them.
I thank You that they will find that You are good and perfect, and there is an acceptable, good, and perfect will that You have for all Your people. I pray, Lord, that all my friends will find that they can be transformed by the renewing of their minds. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
